Q: So why are you picking on Pretty Girls?

A: Well, we really don’t intend to pick on pretty girls specifically.  It's just that they seem to have become the primary icons of a superficial society.  In fact, we think we’re doing them a favor, for it is an inevitable and long fall from the pedestal on which they’re perched; sooner or later Father Time shows up with his Ugly Stick, and there's not enough personal trainers, makeup, cosmetic surgery, or clothes to keep him at bay.  Furthermore, it’s not just the plight of pretty girls who are the problem; it’s our fixation with flat stomachs, thick silky hair, rippling muscles, eye color, complexion, and every other obsession diametric to content of character.

Q: Are you saying that all beauty is bad?

A: Not at all!  The most awesome and lasting beauty comes from within and projects its self through our physical person in what we say, what we do, and even in a modest expression of our inner self through our appearance.  In fact, we believe that physical beauty can be a gift from the Creator that provides a hint of His glory. We believe, however, that appearance must be kept secondary to character.  Sadly, social statistics show that those considered less than "beautiful" receive less affirmation, opportunities, and offers of friendship.  Keeping appearance in a healthy periphery we do unto others as we would have them do unto us, for many of us were simply not endowed with conventional beauty.

Q: So what’s the point of this website?

A: The point is this; too many hearts are broken, too much time is lost, and too many resources wasted, to this ridiculous struggle to deny the simple fact that there is very little "GLAMOUR" in being an organic life form.

…For those who themselves were born with physical beauty, but refuse to be defined and enslaved by the “beautiful people”…
